This Privacy Policy explains how Nuulab Systems LLC (“Nuulab,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit nuulab.com, download our playbooks, or book a call with us.
Information we collect
- Playbook downloads. When you request a free playbook, we collect your name, email address, and (optionally) company name.
- Call bookings. When you book a call through our scheduling provider, Cal.com, we receive your name, email address, the meeting type and time, and any notes you choose to share.
- Usage data. We use PostHog analytics, which sets cookies and similar technologies to record pages visited, clicks, device and browser type, approximate location, and referring site.
- Email. If you write to us, we keep the message and your contact details.
How we use information
We use your information to deliver the playbooks you request, schedule and prepare for calls, reply to you, send occasional insights about AI and technology leadership, understand how the site is used, and improve our services.
Where it is stored
Contact information from playbook requests and bookings is stored in Google Sheets within our Google Workspace account. Booking data is also processed by Cal.com, and analytics data by PostHog (hosted in the United States). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices.
Cookies and analytics
PostHog cookies help us measure visits and test site improvements. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, or when required by law.
Your choices
Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email [email protected] at any time. To access, correct, or delete your information, email us and we will respond within a reasonable time.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Governing law
